love the walk! that's great. Walk fast enough of course. A 2 mile walk while birding (stopping all the time) doesn't count for much:)

You are right. If birding counted I would be ripped! I also mixed sheetrock, installed drywall and painted for a couple of hours yesterday wich has me sore today.
