LETS START AGAIN - DAY 1

I plan on going to the gym twice a day from this day forth. I started today with a 10am spinning class and almost threw up. I have lost 6lbs since I started watching food intake and doing a bit of excercise...I think 4 days or so ago.

It is 12:30. I have had a couple bites of an energy bar and am about to make a turkey sandwich for lunch.
I need to drink more water!

I have been working the night shift and haven't kept up with tracking my calories. I haven't been eating worse or more. I need to stay on top of this though. Not that I expected it to be, but this is not easy. Just a bit of walking and alot of renovating for excercise the past few days.

I saw the "BODYBUGG" on the Biggest Loser show and said "Awesome, I will get that and it will be so easy to keep track of what I am doing and I will lose weight!" Then I looked it up and it is $400. I guess I am staying fat.
