DAY SIX

FREE DAY

I am going to make Sundays a free day. That means it is the only day with no exercise and no calorie watching. For this to be allowed however, the other six days of the week must be vastly improved and adhered to. From now on if a day of exercise is missed it must be made up. No dessert or "bad" food until Sunday, or free day is forfeit. This is an idea from "Eating for Life"/"Body for Life" books.
Nest week will include healthier meals and no fast food or dessert. Next week will also include daily exercise no matter the weather and regardless if Liam wants to join me. We had been running the week before I started this log and when he said he didn't feel like going I used it as an excuse for me not to go.

you can't deny yourself every day, can you... isn't moderation "key"?
you'll gorge (sp?) on sunday???

Yes you can. moderation is a donut a week, not a donut a day. You can eat healthy satisfying food during the week that keeps you full and healthy. I am allowed to gorge on Sunday. And you find after awhile you don't gorge on Sunday you just have something you normally don't and you regret it anyway because your stomach isn't used to it anymore. So, no I won't gorge, I will just have a donut or 2 or something like that.
