1/2 bagel w/cream cheese - 200
1/2 cup mashed potatoes - 200
1/2 cup macaroni & cheese - 200
4 small chicken strips - 700
strawberry cupcake - 250

total -1845 (under 2000 but not exactly healthy eating)

what kind of diet is that? Way too much fat cals. eat more empty cals like veggies and water.
