excercise - on the road all day except dinner at sisters in Louisville.

Ohio, visiting family, and forgot to bring Cape May
photos to show them, so I looked for them on your blog. Glad to find some of that golden eagle.
Anyway, it's a bit like Cape May here: raining!!! Healthy eating tips? Cut out sugar. Go cold turkey (stay away from
loved ones because you might turn mean for a day or two). My appetite lessens if I cut out sugar. Otherwise, I am expensive to feed because I am ALWAYS hungry . Best not to try this over the holidays! CK

I like cookies and beer. No wonder I can't keep that extra few pounds off. Must ride more. I've done enough intervals and hill repeats in the last 3 weeks for a dozen cases of beer and a box of Oreos. Hope it pays off in races in Jan!!

Nice to hear from you. I'm glad my blog was of use to someone! I am surprised you even knew it existed. Sugar has been a big problem this month with Christmas cookies and other assorted deserts. That should change soon...I hope. Let me know if you are ever in town and we can go birding. Maybe even your buddy Matt too.
