Better. I actually try to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It is mroe than the recommended whatever amount, but it helps keep me hydrated and I like to pee a lot. Helps with exercise of course.

Anyway, one of the worst thigns to eat is bagels with cream cheese. Between the fat and carbs, it is pretty bad. I think a donut is better.

So my 2 fried eggs (one with a slice of Am cheese) and 2 pieces of bread and coffee for breakfast and bowl of chili loaded with cheddar and 3 pieces of bread for lunch is probably 2500 cals. I will ride this afternoon a while. I did 3 10min threshold intervals last nght on the bike, so I'm good for it?

Yeah, I know bagels are bad but we are out of eggs and haven't been to the grocery store. I usually have eggs/whites and 1 dry whole wheat toast for breakfast. Hamburger helper is extremely rare as well but it is hard for poor people to pass up $1 on sale for a family of 5! I knew my food would be bad this week but wanted to get this thing started! Don't tell me a donut is better...I will go eat one!
