LETS START AGAIN - DAY 1

I plan on going to the gym twice a day from this day forth. I started today with a 10am spinning class and almost threw up. I have lost 6lbs since I started watching food intake and doing a bit of excercise...I think 4 days or so ago.

It is 12:30. I have had a couple bites of an energy bar and am about to make a turkey sandwich for lunch.
I need to drink more water!
